  • Call centre agent for telco parts ordering & fulfillment

    Before

    Telco field technicians place >250 calls per day from all over Australia to third party logistics provider. Third party takes call, receives parts order and delivery address. Remote locations and many accents cause connectivity and interpretation challenges.

    Before

    Traders used fragmented data to make trading decisions … personal and company models, chat forums and mixed public/private datasets. Data could be missed or wrong resulting in bad trades.

    A centralised data lake auto pipes real time and historical data. Our agent uses a VLM and LLM to extract data from unstructured sources. The agent has created a “single source of truth” and makes probability recommendations and detects anomalies.

  • Workplace safety and security AI agent

    Before

    Injuries to people and property are a key risk of using forklifts and other loading equipment. Theft was also an issue for this warehousing client. 24/7 CCTV vision is available, as is vision from the on-board forklift cameras. However, it isn’t feasible to have humans reviewing footage 24/7.

    Zai Node developed an agent based on a vision model which consumed and processed all video content and notified staff immediately if there is a risk of injury to person or property (distance to danger), and if property is moved other than planned or allowed. This included training the agent which tyres were in use versus being moved for a client order vs theft.

  • IT Help Desk agent

    Before

    Sole IT help desk operator with partial outsourced MSP handing 30-50 tickets per day. Client used Slack, email and phone to lodge requests, and managed them through ServiceNow.

    Agent developed to follow human playbook and FAQs, pulling answers from internal knowledge base, and routing tickets based on urgency, department and historical patterns. The agent also detected recurring issues and recommended long-term fixes. The agent reduced ticket volume, sped up resolution times, and let support staff focus on more strategic work.

    Before

  • Vehicle AI edge device

    Before

    Motor vehicles generate enormous amounts of data. Test vehicles process data from the engine as well as from every human interaction with the vehicle. This volume of data is difficult to process on-board and in real time.

    With two German automotive manufacturers, Zai Node has developed an AI edge device in vehicle and offline. It can process real time data immediately detecting anomalies, failures and specified performance deviations. There is also enhanced privacy by processing sensitive data directly on the device.

  • Sales CRM agent

    Before

    All modern CRMs have AI features built in. However, sales people are often optimistic about their results, meaning the CRM is inaccurate and not updated. Our client’s CEO was frustrated by the missed targets and unexpected results.

    Sales agent by Zai Node

    We designed an agent which connects between the CRM and company wide email (Outlook) and chat applications (Teams). It automatically pipes communications and extracts key data from client sales comms, cross checking it against the CRM data and highlighting inconsistencies and red flags for the CXO, CFO and CEO.

    The agent also helps update the CRM with call notes and opportunity changes. It allows authorised staff to query trends, misses and opportunities.

  • Marketing approval agent

    Before

    Creative draft content and then reviewed by Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and Legal. There is scattered feedback and multiple rounds of rework causing missed deadlines and high costs.
