  • Whole of company AI model

    Zai Node created a custom small language model for a national manufacturer by aggregating and normalising company data from all relevant databases (ERP, PLM, CRM, MES, quality, HR, financials).

    We cleaned and mapped schemas, de-duplicated records and applied domain-specific attributes to preserve technical terms and part numbers. Fine tuning with RAG to reference original documents and ensure correct sources and reasoning. We also implemented strict access controls, data minimisation, differential privacy and continuous monitoring.

    Deployed in existing cloud and with user-facing APIs and feedback loops for supervised updates and compliance auditing.
