  • Onboarding

    • Pre-start: automates preparing and sending contracts, welcome emails, and checklists once a candidate accepts the offer. Using public LLM with custom HR system already in use.

    • Task orchestration:coordinate IT access, payroll setup, security passes, induction training etc. with UiPath and LangChain.

    • Onboarding plan: using role data, system can create 30-60-90-day plans.

    Knowledge assistant / HR copilot

    • First port of call for any HR query … “Can I, where is, how do I, what about …”

    • Upload all HR and other company policies, employee handbook, FAQs, forms, training PDFs, and connect to intranet pages etc.
